When do I need to register by?

Please register no later than June 30, 2026.

How long is the event?

Guests are welcome to attend the full event ( 5:30 PM – approx. 12:00 AM) or join for the portion that best fits their schedule. Fireworks begin at 10:30 PM.

Is the event family-friendly?

Children of all ages are welcome. Our activities and childcare options are designed to accommodate a range of ages, from little ones to tweens, so there's something for everyone.

What should I wear?

Patriotic attire is encouraged. Club dress code prohibits athletic wear and baseball caps; tailored shorts and capris are permitted. Low-cut or torn clothing is not allowed.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Knox will offer a variety of food options accommodating dietary needs. For specific concerns or allergies, please contact events@knoxsystems.com.

Where should I park?

All guests should enter through the MCAAD Lobby entrance at 730 15th Street NW. Valet parking is available at 15th and I (near the Sofitel).

We strongly encourage attendees to take Metro or rideshare. Metrorail, Metrobus, and MetroAccess fares will be free from 5:00 PM until the rail system closes at 2:00 AM.

Attendees will be notified closer to the event of any potential street closures on 15th between H St and New York Ave.

Is the venue ADA accessible?

Ned's Club is fully ADA accessible. Guests will enter at street level through the main entrance at 734 15th Street NW, check in at our dedicated table, and take the elevator up to our event on the 10th floor.

How do I check in when I arrive?

All guests should enter through the MCAAD Lobby entrance at 730 15th Street NW. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted at a dedicated Knox check-in table where our team will check you in and provide your event badge.

To ensure a smooth and seamless experience for all guests, please make sure everyone in your party is registered in advance.

Is there coat or bag check?

We know it's July, but bag check is available for guests who'd like to store personal items: purses, backpacks, or anything you'd rather not carry throughout the evening.

Can I take photos during the event?

Knox will have a photographer on site and provide a photo booth. Personal photography and video are not permitted by Ned's Club.

Can I take phone calls during the event?

Please use a designated phone booth or hallway for calls.
